I'm loving the weather right now in Florida. It's truly the best season to be here. Always sunny, not too hot, not cold at all. And my pup Suki loves it in particular because one of her favorite things to do is lay outside in the sun for her daily dose of vitamin D. I usually sit nearby either reading a book or checking my phone.
Today's post is about celebrating the first day of Spring! I created the left-hand page in my 2020 Garden Goddess calendar/planner months ago and created the right-hand page to complete this layout. If you would like to check out my video walk-through of this entire planner, you can view it here. I've used Planner Essentials dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs as well as the bunny die and some stamping for this layout. I'll list all the products at the end of this post.
I always keep a main list of major events at the beginning of each month as a quick reminder, which I have tucked into this pocket page. The little tags are stamped and tucked into the "details" unit for a fun embellishment. See that cute mushroom girl sticker in the upper left corner of my planner cover? That's created by my amazing artist daughter Jamie. I love having that sticker right where I can see it everyday when I look in my planner.
I absolutely adore the hole reinforcers and all the different varieties!
Simple layering of these banners in the same color but different prints makes a nice embellishment across the top of the page.
And how cute is this bunny?! This is one of Joset's dies. I had such fun putting her together and adding little eyelashes.
And there's my Suki in the Florida sunshine. She recently celebrated her 11th birthday. Time sure does fly!
Thanks for taking the time to pop in today. I hope you're enjoying the Planner Essentials line as much as I am. Be sure to join the other fabulous designers over on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog today for more Springtime inspiration.
Here's that list of everything I used in my layout...
Hi, Annette, this is so cute. Which die did you use for the tag the bunny is on and the slimmer tag on the left with the cute scalloped top? I have most of the essential planner dies, but I don't think I have that one. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks Gail. Those two little tags are from the Garden Goddess Tags & Pockets set from Graphic 45.
DeleteGreat, thank you, Annette. I'm going to watch the video you posted very shortly.
