Come Away With Me Travel Folio

Hello all. I've just returned from having my first CAT-scan. No worries, hopefully. Just checking things out. The whole thing was fairly easy and quick. The warm sensation from the iodine injection was odd, but I knew to expect it. I'm glad they warned me about it feeling like I was "peeing" because it's exactly how it felt by the time the warm sensation made its way down south.

I'm sure you didn't come here to hear about THAT, so let me share with you a fun and easy travel folio I created for the Graphic 45 blog using their pretty Come Away With Me collection. This would make a great gift, whether for travel or any other occasion. Here's a few photos below, but make sure you go over to the Graphic 45 blog because I've got a Snapguide tutorial there too, along with the supply list to make your own.

Leave a nice comment there and you could win their prize pack this week. And if you have any CAT-scan comments, you can leave them here with me. (wink)

Thanks so much for stopping by today.

  1. What a fab idea. My daughter who travels a lot with her work would love this. Hope all well with your results.

  2. What a sweet project! I love how you added that handy envelope element!

I have to say that the first thing that comes to my mind when I remember having a CAT scan (and I've had a few) is that odd and somewhat mortifying feeling like you are wetting yourself! Oh my goodness!

Wishing you only good news on yours!

  3. So cute! This would be perfect for me to scrapbook our Paris trip for Christmas!

  4. This is fabulous! Love that line used in this way! I hope you had made one before your recent trip to Europe!
Prayers for great results from your CAT scan.

  5. This would be a great gift for my niece the world traveler.

  6. Annette what a beautiful travel folio. I'm off to G45 to have a look there. All the best with your results too. Karen.x
