Craft With Me on a Southern Caribbean Cruise in 2022!

Ahoy, my creative friends, I have exciting news to share! I've been invited back by Crafter's Therapy Cruises to teach aboard an 8-night Southern Caribbean cruise in August of 2022. Hopefully by then this whole Covid business will be a thing of the past and we'll be back to normal, wonderful fun.

I will be teaching three exciting paper crafting classes on the sea days which will most certainly include Graphic 45 products as well as Elizabeth Craft Designs. This will be my one big teaching gig for 2022. No retreat that year, so this is it! The number of crafters will be limited to 32, so don't miss out. I'd love to have you join me. And trust me, Crafter's Therapy Cruises are the BEST.

Here are all the details so far...

Nautical-themed Mini Traveler's Notebook

Have you seen Graphic 45's new "Catch of the Day" collection? As usual, they did an amazing job making yet another fabulous collection. I love it so much, I've created this mini traveler's notebook using the 8 x 8 paper pad, the Patterns and Solids and the journaling cards, plus items from Elizabeth Craft Designs like the "Jeans" mini TN, the Lighthouse die, and the Ocean Edges die. I added some stamping on the inside too. I'll link all products at the end of this post.

Here's a super speedy look at the whole thing. I purposely made it fast because there are SO many pages and also because I've listed this project as a video tutorial in my Etsy shop. No paper directions to download or print, just me teaching you as we create it in a new video format. Once you purchase the tutorial, you'll receive a PDF page with a private link to the video. I've had some great feedback on this method and I'll definitely be making more this way.

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to assemble the signatures, create different page styles like side-loading vellum window pages and top-loading tag pockets, along with clever embellishment ideas using the Catch of the Day collection, stamps, and various ribbon trims. The full supply list is in the Etsy description but here are some main links below.

Springtime Flower Making Projects

I'm back again with some more paper flower projects. These will be perfect for Springtime. In my video you'll learn how to use Elizabeth Craft Designs dies to create a cheerful card, a gorgeous wreath, and a sweet little welcome sign. I've listed all the products I've used below, so click on any link down there to navigate straight to the ECD shop to get your own.

This 10" wreath looks great on our front door.

And this little sign hangs on my craft room door.

I hope you take a moment to watch the video below. These projects were such a joy to create.

Planner Page Basics with "Craft With Me" Video

It's time for some brand new planner pages for my 2021 Scrapbook Planner. I call it that because I have an actual Day Planner you may have seen before, plus a Nature Notebook planner in the works. I've had a lot of requests to do a "Craft With Me" for beginners (or anyone really) so they can see my process while making my planner pages, to learn more about what papers to use, and tips on how to use the dies. So I've created just that and am sharing it today on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog. I hope you take a moment to hop over there and check it out.

I'm not sure if you've noticed or not, but I have really beefed up my YouTube content these past couple months, so if you haven't visited my channel lately, I encourage you to do so. There's so much there to offer! Project ideas and inspiration, tutorials, craft room organization, DIY home decor, and more. I've updated my home page and created Playlists so it's super easy to navigate. You can find me HERE.

Thanks for popping in today! Have a good Wednesday!
