Weeks 13 - 16 in my Memory Keeping Planner

Hello again, all! I've got four weeks of pages in my memory keeping planner to share with you today. In case you missed these, they are all accompanied by process videos on my YouTube channel (and below as well). Here are some details from each week with links to products I used. Remember, if you shop using my links, you receive 10% off your entire order, and I earn a small commission on the sale. It's an easy and great way to support me and my business.

Week 13 was an exciting one, as I was asked to fill in for Els on Create and Craft TV to promote my new release with Elizabeth Craft Designs. All week I prepared for it, and was excitedly nervous when the day finally came. All went well on the show and I had a great time. In my process video, I talk a little more about the experience as I build this page in my planner. I've used the easel from the Art Party set as the main focal point for the photo my husband took while I was on the show (remotely, via Skype). The stamping is from my Honeybee and also Bloom sets.

Week 14 was a busy work week, so Easter Sunday was a perfect day to take a break and enjoy a trip to Ikea with Paul. We had the Swedish meatballs (of course!) and shopped for a new duvet and cover. On this page, I incorporated my Playful Flowers and Lace Borders dies for a sweet Spring feel.

Week 15 was all about Paul and his buddies playing in an annual hockey tournament down in Florida. If you don't care to watch all the videos, this is the one NOT to miss. I had Paul and his college pal Stephen jump in at the end of the video for my closing, which turned into a hilarious blooper reel! On this page I showed how my main photo had a very washed out, poor quality background and what you can do about it. We used to do it WAY back in the early days of scrapbooking (cutting around a photo) and I wanted to see if it would still look okay today. With a fun and whimsical background element, I think it worked.

(Sorry, U.S. customers, the Planner Patterns die is no longer available.)

Week 16 was a heavy work week, as I'm preparing for my upcoming class at Wicked Papers in Merritt Island, Florida this May. In this video I show how easy it is to assemble my Layered Honeybee die (my personal favorite) and features photos of my class prep and samples. Lots of work!
