My 3rd Annual Fall Card Workshop is coming

What better time of year to host a Fall card-making workshop than the 1st day of November. It's that time again where I host this fun class in my home here in Melbourne, Florida.
Here's a peek at the four cards we'll be making below...

Two cards measure 5" x 7" (one vertical, one horizontal) each with a unique shaped cut; one 5" x 5" scalloped square card, and a 4" x 6 1/2" tag-shaped card.

The class is Sunday, November 1st from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Cost: $25

The technique focus will be creating realistic fall leaves featuring dies and tools designed by Susan Tierney Cockburn, and the product used is the lovely Botanicabella Deluxe Collector's Edition by Graphic 45, which includes not only the paper collection, but the coordinating sticker sheet and chipboard as well.

It's going to be a fun afternoon of card-making, fall snacks, warm cider and friendship.
The cost is only $25 per guest. Guests who RSVP will receive a supply list of inks and tools to bring as the class approaches. Everything will be pre-cut and ready to go.

(sorry, no take-home kits for this workshop)

You may be wondering why I host classes in my home rather than a public facility. The answer is, I love my home and have it decorated for the season and have plenty of room for an average class size. In the event of a exceedingly great response to this or any class, I can make other arrangements to accommodate a larger crowd. I simply enjoy hosting it here in my home.

You may also be wondering why I don't always offer take-home kits for my classes. The reason for this is that a technique class like this is very difficult to communicate through a typed tutorial. Some things are just visual, ya know?

So, if you're in the local central Florida area and are interested in this fun class, please RSVP by October 5th since space is limited. You can reply by e-mailing me at AnnetteGreen@me.com.

Thanks for stopping in today. Have a wonderful week!
