It's another day in the virtual classroom with Tim Holtz in Creative Chemistry 102. Have you been participating? I highly recommend it! So much education, information and inspiration. Just be sure to take the 101 course first so you can get into 102. Both are always available to register for, and you work at your own pace. Nothing is live, so you can pause and play and rewind to your heart's content.
Here we go with today's fun techniques. I was excited to see the new Distress Glitters in use because although I have a few of them, I honestly hadn't opened them up until today. And what fun!

These are my tag samples from today's session. Tim is a fantastic teacher and provides printable labels for the backs of our tags for quick reference, as well as pages for a 3-ring notebook with photos, ste-by-step, inspiration projects and supply lists. The techniques for each are listed below...
Smudge Stamping.
Brayered Stains.
Photo Tinting.
Faux Cracked Glass. (my personal favorite today)
I added rub-ons to the tops...
and then I tried adding the rub-ons first before the technique. I like the look of this a LOT better. Like Tim says, it's all about experimentation.
Distress Glitter Rocky Candy.
Distress Glittering.
That's it for me today. Tomorrow I'll be a little late posting, since hubby has shoulder surgery in the morning and I'll be with him up at the hospital.
Thanks for stopping by!
I really, really like every card you did from today's class.

Annette these tags are gorgeous! I am really loving the different techniques you show and how gorgeous each tag comes out. I just may have to try and take this class. How much does the class cost?
