Better Late than Never - Final Tags of 2012

Tim Holtz's 12 Tags of 2012 has come to a close, and he's already started into his 2013 Tags (see his January 2013 tag here). I was determined to finish all twelve, so here are my final two tags. Be sure to visit Tim's blog for all the details, techniques and steps that inspired my tags.

January 2012

The layered snowflake in the foreground is from Mini Blueprints CMS136. The background snowflakes are from Mini Holidays CMS066.

Winter tinsel twine, tissue tape, and the new Holidays Past paper stash (bird).

December 2012 Tag.

I didn't have the big beautiful poinsettia die that Tim used, so I cut an ornament from grungeboard from the Carved Ornaments die, covered it with Holidays Past paper, then cut a small star from the Star Bright die out of Seasonal paper. I love this 3-D star!

Festive Foliage accent (Idea-ology) adorns the corner of the tag.

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you've tried some of the techniques from Tim's tags this past year. I, for one, have learned a lot. I'm looking forward to creating something different this year than tags, inspired by Tim's tags of 2013, so stay tuned!
