I've watched for years as Ali Edwards has shared her self-awareness projects and I've been quite intrigued, but never taken the time to participate until now. The project is "A Week in the Life" and you can check out Ali's website/blog here. After looking at her lovely photos, I see that I have some work to do in that department. Her style of capturing her everyday life is so inspiring, I hope to learn a lot this week.
I'm putting together my "Week in the Life" album, and I'll also be sharing daily photos here on my blog. So far it's been fun and has forced me to be more aware of, well, everything basically. What my day is like, what I eat, my routine. I'll share my album when it's finished, but for now here's how my Monday looked.

After my 5:30 morning run Suki loves to clean me up when I'm on the floor stretching.
(Time to dust the mirror.)
(Jamie, my teenager, is not excited about my daily project. She's still trying to wake up.)
She indulged me though.

ReplyDeleteI keep trying to start something like this, but just never quite keep it going. A one week concept is much easier than what I've been attempting though (project life), so I'll definitely have to try this out.
ReplyDeletemy teen does the same thing:)
